Buying a Property Abroad
Welcome to Smiley Turkish Properties. We are a family run business established in 2004. If you are considering buying a property abroad for either personal use or for investment purposes then it is important that you only deal with reputable property companies.
Smiley Turkish Properties endeavour to help you to make this purchase with confidence. You can be safe in the knowledge that we only deal with reputable agents in Turkey who are registered with the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents). It can be unwise to purchase property abroad without the specialist knowledge of an agency who deals in foreign property sales such as ours.
Pay the price you agree - no hidden costs
The service we provide is helping you to find a property or business investment that suits your requirements and budget. There are no high pressure sales tactics used to pressure you into any purchase, it is only when you feel confident and happy with your choice that we will proceed with the legalities for you.
The price of the property is generally negotiable with the seller, so the price you agree on is the price you pay, there are no hidden charges nor any add-ons for our service. Our fees are met through compulsory buyer/seller purchase tax which you will be paying regardless.
Investing in Turkish Property
Property prices in Turkey (especially Altinkum and Akbuk properties) are extremely low. New one bedroom freehold Turkish properties start from as little as £32,000. Turkey is fast becoming the number one hot spot to invest in property. A current predicted annual capital growth of 20%, plus the potential of rental income makes Turkey a solid investment.
